Required Structure Of Ban Appeals

Ban appeals must include the following to be taken into consideration.

- Your IGN
- Your reason for being banned
One of the following
- Why you think it was a mistake
- Your apology (and why you think you should have a 2nd chance)

Example:

My username is Zorkogen and I was banned from Zortek because I used vulgar language. I am sincerely sorry for doing this, and can assure you it will not happen again. I think that I should be given a second chance because I have learned my lesson and will continue to be an active and helpful member at Zortek.

However, it would be appreciated if you put more thought into your appeals than just "I was banned for doing this and I am sorry. Please forgive me."
